　　About the Job:

　　The Retail and Education Intern is part of the MAC EMEA Retail and Education team of the Estée Lauder Companies Europe, which includes 18 affiliates in 60 countries.

　　About your responsibilities:

　　The Retail and Education Intern will be in charge of assisting the EMEA Retail and Education team in:

　　Support in managing the brand global/regional projects

　　Support in weekly/monthly collecting data/feedback and analyses: commercial/retail KPIs, reports, feedback from the markets etc.

　　Support the development of Dashboards/PPTs to help monitor key KPIs across the region

　　Support rollout of omnichannel initiatives/collecting feedback and best practice

　　Support in improvement of customer experience in-store

　　Support in analyzing competition environment

　　Etc

　　Qualifications

　　About you:

　　Currently in the Final Year of a BS, MS with education or working experience in retail, sales, business and analysis, marking would be beneficial as well.

　　A first experience in a similar position is appreciated

　　Strong communication skills

　　Autonomous, self-starter, organized and with strong communication and analytical skills are essential

　　Strongly motivated, who would enjoy working with people.

　　Proficient in Excel and PPT (mandatory)

　　Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other European language can be considered as an advantage
