Zions Bancorporation has an opportunity for an intern to join the Treasury Management Department to collaborate on projects designed to support employee development. Depending on selected candidate’s skillsets, projects may include creating training material, such as short videos; internal website and digital forms design; updates to and organization of resource materials; and/or training program logistics. The candidate must be passionate about learning.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate on design and maintenance projects in Microsoft SharePoint
Create and/or review and edit digital content (videos, PPTs, PDFs, etc.)
Training assessments: creation, distribution, and data collection
Publish/upload presentations and recordings internally – to team websites
Support management of training program enrollment and attendance
Maintain team calendars, including training appointments
Other duties as assigned

Ideal Qualifications:
Current, upper division student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Instructional Design and Technology, eLearning, Talent Development, Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related degree
Must be creative, innovative, and a self-starter capable of effectively working remotely
Experience in digital content creation (e.g., software experience in Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Suite, Doodly, Canva, etc.)
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20.00 to $25.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
