We are currently searching for an International Sales Manager in our Lake Elmo, MN office. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounts primarily outside the USA with a focus on Latin America. The International Sales Manager will identify potential sales opportunities as well as manage the total sales process for customers. This position requires an onsite presence at our Lake Elmo, MN location. Responsibilities: Identify potential sales opportunities Manage accounts, building strong and lasting relationships Develop a sales plan for each customer Monitorinventory positions Attend and participate in trade shows as needed Prepare a variety of status reports Ensure customers are shipping against their plan Keep informed of current industry trends Keep abreast of competition Ensure the inventory is being moved Escort customers through our plants Host lunch and dinners for customers Drive customers to plant locations Support colleagues as needed Work effectively with credit, operations, inventory and technical groups Accurately forecast and track sales Develop and execute account plans to ensure strategic plans are met Determine customer requirements Day-to-day management of all assigned customer accounts Requirements Must be available and willing to travel to customer locations, sometimes overseas Strong sales, presentation, organization and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing Multi-lingual helpful Willingness to work across cultures Microsoft Office knowledge Willing to train the right candidate Seneca Foods Corporation is committed to providing equal opportunity for all, through a positive and continuing affirmative action program.
