　　Position: LOFT Training Coordinator

　　Location: Amata, Chonburi (Business travel 25% of working time)

　　Direction/Service: Global Operations / Global Engineering / Technical Knowledge Spread LOFT

　　Within Global Operations – Group Lens Engineering, the mission of the Technical Knowledge Spread (TKS) - LOFT - is to disseminate technical knowledge on existing / new technologies within production entities, RX labs and plants. A key principle is collective intelligence. The transfer of knowledge is being carried out through many ways among them figure internet tools, Wiki, tutorials, knowledge repositories …LOFT is a learning organization through which 6500 trainings are performed every year by trainers from the operations.

　　Asia Training Coordinator Job description:

　　Reporting to the International Training Manager located in Chonburi, the Asia Training Coordinator will support TKS-LOFT activities/projects in Rx and frame business for the AEL (including Tristar, RELIEF and Eye buy direct) and APAC perimeter.

　　His/her role is articulated around the following missions:

　　To support the knowledge diffusion strategy:

　　By onboarding key local actors: LOFT master trainers, trainers and coaches in RELIEF and other labs

　　By setting up the overall operating LOFT system in the entity support master trainers, design LOFT local organization, design training and coaching plan, training skills

　　Manage knowledge transfer between entities worldwide,

　　Develop training modules for technical processes in collaboration with Rx labs, ME and Global Engineering

　　By setting up communication routines adapted to each entity (call, meetings, etc.), to collect their needs and present the new offers.

　　Provide training: Train the trainer, train the coach, operational training or expertise.

　　Co-animate/Provide training: Train the trainer, train the coach, operational training or expertise

　　Co-animate with Asia zone the LOFT TKS global offer (trainings, RX referential, wiki, tools …) through regular actions: verbal communication, written communication, presentation, meetings, events

　　This position will interest:

　　5 years' experience in a manufacturing company

　　Knowledge Management, Training, Engineering background

　　A person who has a real interest in transmitting, wishing to work transversally and collaborative internationally

　　A person with strong organization, communication, customer focus, team worker and good personal learning

　　A person with ability to set up dashboards, KPI, and data analysis using Microsoft O365.

　　A person with ability to use media tools, for example editing videos, digital supports.

　　English and Thai are mandatory
