　　The Office Administrator will maintain the functioning of the office, monitoring/ordering supplies, accounting, invoicing tracking, facility maintenance and addressing employee needs.

　　Roles & Responsibilities

　　Appropriately represent the company to any third party, vendor, or visitor.

　　Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.

　　Execute varied administrative tasks associated with office management (including but not limited to ordering supplies, participation in field apparel orders, coordinating service for office equipment, etc.).

　　Maintain all office functions and provide a pleasant workspace for the entire staff.

　　Write and balance the checkbook for all costs associated with daily operations.

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　Minimum of 1 year of Office experience.

　　Exemplary interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to act professionally and facilitate a proper business setting.

　　Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.

　　Experience in a faced paced office environment is preferred.

　　Proficient in multiple forms of communication.

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
