QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a minimum of 5 years middle maintenance management experience or Associates degree in industrial maintenance with 3 years middle maintenance management • Must have a good understanding of the maintenance reliability program (preventive maintenance, work order system, reliability programs, and repair and maintenance budget management) • Computer literate, must have understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs and the working relationship of the programs, i.e. Excel, Word & Powerpoint • Must have excellent managerial skills and the ability to work closely with fellow team members, peers, and subordinates

　　RESPONSIBILITIES: • Insures that all aspects of the company safety policy and procedures are adhered to in the direct and indirect areas of the plant • Insures that all B&E Maintenance Management and hourly employees are trained in the required training programs needed to accomplish all aspects of their jobs • Works with B&E Maintenance managers to insure that a cohesive atmosphere is maintained • Insures that adequate preventive maintenance programs are adhered to • Insures critical, major and minor work orders are being completed • Insures that all aspects of the food safety, HAACP and Government programs are adhered to with emphasis on the continue compliance to these programs • Originates, develops and analyzes methods for determining reliability of components, equipment, and processes • Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports for defining Fabrication maintenance problems and makes recommendations for improvement • And any other duties as reasonably associated with the above duties as assigned
