　　I. Job Summary

　　We are looking for a qualified Professional who have excellent experience of working in supply chain/shipping/logistics role with Ocean Freight forwarding/Shipping line customer service department.

　　II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　• 1 - 5 years' experience in supply chain/logistics as freight forwarding or shipping line.

　　• Experience with ocean freight booking tools is a plus

　　• Good understanding of International Export process for Ocean

　　• Familiar with basic terms, port codes, Inco terms and requirements

　　• Basic understanding of shipping line online booking tool or 3rd party booking platform.

　　• Can operate with minimum supervision

　　• Ability to follow instructions and follow up on assigned tasks

　　• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under a stressful environment

　　• Proficient in the use of MS office Suite (outlook, Excel)

　　• Must be proficient in coordinating priorities, following up and meeting deadlines
