　　Multiple Grounds Workers needed for permanent, full-time employment. Work will be performed at multiple worksites in Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, Barry, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, and Calhoun Counties. Incidental transportation to and from job sites provided from main office daily.

　　Job Duties: The permanent Grounds Workers landscape or maintain grounds of medical, industrial, and commercial properties on a year-round basis using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), edger, trimmer, backpack blower, wheelbarrows, shovel, rake, broom, ladder, hedge pruner, saw, and chain saw. The permanent Grounds Workers typically perform tasks, which may include any combination of the following: irrigation system maintenance, sprinkler installation, installation and repair of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, sod laying, planting plants and trees, mowing, trimming, watering, digging holes and trenches, spreading dirt, raking, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, weed pulling, loading and unloading materials. Workers may also operate vehicles as needed. The permanent Grounds Workers will assist the lower level and less experienced seasonal workers with smaller properties and short-term contracts as needed, while being personally responsible for landscaping and maintaining grounds of property for large scale projects and year-round contracts. During the winter months, the permanent Grounds Workers shovel and remove snow from properties. They will also perform winter sod and landscape installation, rejuvenation pruning and planting of shrubs and winter plants, winter tree pruning and planting, winter lawn cleanup, maintenance and repair of equipment, and seasonal decorations installation.

　　Dig holes with a max depth of 24 inches to install plants and shrubs and trenches with a max depth of 24 inches and a max width of 10 inches using a shovel and walk behind trencher to install irrigation systems.

　　Requirements: Workers will perform work in the following counties, which are all located within normal commuting distance: Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Barry, and Muskegon Counties. Incidental transportation to and from job sites provided from main office daily. The employer will provide on-the-job training. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, equipment and uniform required to perform the job at no charge. 

　　Salary/Terms: $17.00-20.00/hr., $25.50-$30.00 for OT/hr. Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week with possible weekends. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.  The cost of insurance will be payroll deducted if the worker chooses to enroll. Deductions will vary based on coverage elected.
