The Valley Intern Program (VIP) is a unique and challenging 9-week experience for diverse, talented and motivated students interested in gaining relevant experience in their specific area of study within the banking industry. As a Valley intern you will be part of a team and work on projects that enable you to gain real-world skills and experience - integrating academic learning with practical application. We offer the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to grow professionally and contribute to the end results of the assigned projects.

　　The Intern - Facilities/Property Management will be responsible for participating with Facilities Managers with support to our commercial and retail operations, renovation projects, development of facilities standards and work order management. Participate on Valley teams such as the Sustainability and Workplace Experience teams.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with the development of facilities operations guidebook. Assist with the role-out of the Sustainability project with Workplace Solutions intern and facilities teams. Experience Facility Manager role and how we support the commercial and retail facilities. Experience Property Management and a renovation project process. Participate with our new headquarters relocation -- specific duties to be clarified depending on opening timeline of HQ.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word. Detail oriented and organized. Ability to be resourceful and work independent and participate on teams. Problem solving skills. Required Experience:

　　High School Diploma or GED and enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program. An enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Business or Computer Science preferred.
