Overview

　　We are currently searching for a Fuel and POS Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is for a experienced Fuel and Point of Sale Technician who has experience working with Gilbarco Fuel Dispensers, and VeriFone Point of Sale Equipment. Must be able to complete tasks including hanging hardware repair and replacement, mechanical and electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment. Must have electrical experience, and be willing to learn about other systems within the properties to assist in general maintenance needs such as lighting, plumbing, food service equipment, door/lock repair, etc. Must be willing to be in an on-call rotation for evening and weekend emergencies. Must have own work truck and tools.

　　Responsibilities

　　Determine material, equipment and supplies to be used on jobs

　　Transfer equipment from one project to another as necessary

　　Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in all area locations

　　Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area

　　Reassemble and test equipment following repairs

　　Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with the store operations team to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been corrected

　　Record and report all faults, deficiencies, unusual occurrences and repairs made, and Serve as backup in other areas of maintenance if needed and directed to by the Maintenance Manager.

　　Qualifications

　　Refrigeration experience HIGHLY preferred

　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　Additional experience and knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and general maintenance also HIGHLY preferred

　　Ability to meet and deal tactfully & courteously with fellow employees, vendors and contractors

　　Valid State Drivers License and clear driving record.

　　Gilbarco, Wayne, Verifone Certification is a plus
