JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Sonoco internship program is designed to \"testthe waters\" of working in the manufacturing and packaging industry. Youwill spend your summer working in a specific division on impactfulprojects, establishing an understanding of Sonoco\'s culture andprocesses, as well as developing a business mindset. The program is ablend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the programyou can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potentialat Sonoco through valuable project work. Our internship program isdesigned to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program orother entry level positions upon graduation. With approximately 150locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere. We ask thatall interns be open to relocation for the summer. All internships lastapproximately 12 weeks. Your start/end date can vary based on your finalexam schedule and relocation needs. Internships are paid, and relocationassistance is provided (U-Haul cargo trailer). We also provide a housingand activity allowance, and Sonoco sponsored activities with otherinterns and new Emerging Leaders Associates.
