The Retail Administration department has an exciting opportunity for a summer intern to help define the “Branch of the Future.” This intern will have the opportunity to help influence the strategy of Zions Bank branches and ATM’s by researching new retail banking technologies and strategies and creating a proposal for management based on the work performed during the summer. The intern will have responsibilities which could include the following:
Help to maximize consumer and business client satisfaction by researching and analyzing retail banking technologies and strategies
Perform benchmarking analysis with regard to our current retail banking strategy
Create and present business case summaries based on research
FutureCore Training and Release, Digital Banking, Internet self-service, and Mobile Banking strategy
Assist in Branch promotions/campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or other related field
Must be creative, innovative and a self-starter with a positive, upbeat attitude
Basic knowledge of and experience in writing and communications
Ability to work effectively with people
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Mobile or online development experience a plus
This internship is not eligible for relocation assistance. Local candidates preferred.
