　　The Innovation and Digital Operations Team exists to enable the Enterprise Innovation & Digital Organization (EIDO) in meeting or exceeding their expected outcomes.  Our team focuses on Communications, Innovation & Digital Intelligence, Strategic Portfolio Planning, and Operations. We lead efforts supporting the Chief Innovation & Digital Officer, are process liasons, and ensure building operations efficiency. 

　　We are looking for an intern to help support the Innovation & Digital Intelligence disciplines within our team. This person would help with researching digital trends in the insurance and financial digital industry, in-depth competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, digital industry trends, planning, data trends, and the creation and design of communications. They would assist with small to moderately complex projects (including an individual project and a group internship project) to help achieve results and attain project goals. They would be responsible for producing a final presentation of their research, for both their individual project and for the group internship project. 

　　Familiarity with common research practices, analytical skills, knowledge of the digital industry and technology trends,  basic knowledge of data analysis, project planning skills, and critical thinking skills. Must be an independently motivated worker who has the ability to organize and prioritize their work, has attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, team collaboration skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to make recommendations based on research findings.
