The Intern position is designed for student workers who are still completing their education. The internship program is designed to provide practical work experience as well as exposure to our business environment Intern positions are of limited duration and are designed to provide daily oversight with emphasis on training and development of the student.Qualifications:Status as a college student or recent college graduate of an educational institution. Experience working with various Microsoft Office programs. Experience interpreting and communicating information orally and written. Experience researching and analyzing data. Experience working independently as well as in a team environment. Experience identifying and solving problems Must have a 30 GPA or consistent work/extracurricular activities if lower . Experience or knowledge of assisting in business analysis using sound analytical skills, requirements gathering, project facilitation and needs analysis preferred Ability to develop business knowledge to serve as a liaison for project stakeholders in order to understand the structure and operations of an area's needs and recommend solutions preferred. Major in Business, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare Analytics preferred. Experience summarizing recommendations and presenting to management in either a written form or through presentation preferred.. Experience using available software tools, such as Tableau, to research, retrieve and analyze data preferred . Advanced experience with Excel a plus.
