　　Leidos, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a qualified and dynamic Project Manager Associate Intern who will provide support as a part of our successful Energy Efficiency program team in MA & RI and Department of Housing and Urban Development Benchmarking Program. 　　Primary Responsibilities

　　As a Project Manager Associate Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects for our HUD Benchmarking and New Construction Services programs. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to the success of real-world projects.

　　Job Responsibilities Include:

　　Work with HUD Multifamily customers to facilitate utilizing Energy Star Portfolio tool to Benchmark their propertiesOnce HUD Properties are Benchmarked assist with the Energy and Water analysis follow up reportCommunicate technical issues across the project team. Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.Maintain project documentation and status reports utilizing CRM.Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.Support special projects that may include programs that involve the WELL Building Standard, assessing renewable energy, battery storage and EV infrastructure opportunities in the commercial and public building space.Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements based on internship experiencesPosition may require performing utility pre and post installation inspections from time to time

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college and must major in a Business or Engineering program. Experience in project management related activities or work preferred.The ability and desire to be: productive, accurate, and organized. Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and statistical knowledge and skills using Excel. This position requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures. Ability to be self-starting-demonstrate initiative---including the ability to collaborate well in a supportive team environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience in project management related activities or work preferredFamiliarity with Energy Star Portfolio Manager tool for Benchmarking multifamily propertiesExperience working in teams (includes varsity athletic team participation)Excellent computer and communication skillsFamiliarity with MS Teams, Sharepoint and CRMs such as SalesForceIdeally a part time student or full time with the availability to work 10-18 hours per week during the school year and potentially more in the summer and breaks

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $44,850.00 - $81,075.00
