Job Overview:
The Intern will support in activities of procurement and subcontract routines, such as request for quotations, purchase orders, and subcontracts administration. The Intern will be organize and control documents and process’ logs, support steps for suppliers’ qualification and request for registration, manage all supplier registration documents and purchase order files, and will participate fully in the SCM (End-to-End) process.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Monitor the entire process of purchasing items/contracting services
Fill the relevant documentation and create tools for follow up internal processes and those related to suppliers (P2P)
Request the necessary documentation to suppliers registration process and/or qualification application. Follow up the full process until completed
Participate on the full Procurement and Subcontract processes, from the commercial bid evaluation to the PO closure
Check the integrity, fill and monitor the closure of PO files relating to all purchase orders issued
Fill processes (physical and electronic) and organize the sector's documents, logs and folders
Prepare and monitor the signing of sector documents, as required.
Support other activities requested by the SCM team
Essential Qualifications and Education:
University degree in progress (Engineering)
Intermediate/advanced English
