Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi), is currently seeking an Intermediate Logistics Support Specialist in Ft. Huachuca, AZ . The Intermediate Logistics Support Specialist reports to the Admin and Logistics Team Lead and provides Logistics Support Services and Administration support.

Essential Job Duties

Have thorough knowledge of GCSS-Army rules, operations, and practices to maintain and create hand receipts.

Utilize several automated supply databases including GCSS-Army to maintain hand receipt accountability and Logistics documentation.

Assist with monthly 10% and yearly 100% inventories or cyclic inventories and update databases accordingly.

Regularly process property for proper re-utilization, redistribution, or final disposal to DRMO utilizing the automated property book system and hand receipt system.

Generate and process a variety of supply forms related to Logistics including documenting receipt, issue, transfer, and shipping of property daily.

Possess the necessary specialized and thorough knowledge of Army supply policies, regulations, and procedures to perform technical supply support duties.

Aid Logistics with preparation for the annual Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP).

Track equipment moves and additions within GCSS-A.

Perform duties related to office automation requiring skill in general office machines, software, email, and the internet.

Assist in the production of procurement packages.

Assist in customer service functions and provide office supplies to personnel.

Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.

Participate in special projects as required.

Minimum Requirements

Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility

HS +5 years of related experience or AA/AS +3 or BA/BS +1

Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL Foundation CertificationWork Environment
