ManTech is seeking an ISR Analyst to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico
This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
General Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tactical and operational-level ISR-related directives and initiatives in cohesion to USMC interests.
Conduct C4ISR research, analyze and produce finished assessments on information systems, weapon systems, communication systems, countermeasure systems, and emerging and disruptive technologies that can impact USMC operations.
Ability to produce detailed threat assessments on current and future foreign military systems.
Plans, implements, and maintains databases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source material and the production of technical or operational intelligence.
Analyze foreign capabilities to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC emissions and signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) to include, but not limited to emissions from targeting, communications, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) assets.
Assess USMC targeting systems and C4ISR systems vulnerability to lethal and non-lethal effects in and throughout the EMS.
Collaborate with MCIA Enterprise Collection Management personnel to identify best collection platform (e.g GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, HUMINT, TECHINT, etc.) to support each EEI.
Produce written intelligence assessments and briefings to support consumers at the tactical, operational, and strategic level.
Assess information gaps, develops collection strategies, and composes collection requirements.
Maintains broad situational awareness of current and emerging research and development efforts.
Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Active TS/SCI DoD Clearance
Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimates assessments, and present intelligence briefings upon request.
Attend, participate, and report on conferences and other events as directed.
Maintain contact with counterparts in other intelligence organizations to keep abreast of current developments, to resolve problems to eliminate duplication, and to provide free flow of information on matters of intelligence interest.
Provide intelligence analysis services to deliver situational awareness relevant to the MCISRE.
Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection requirements to fill gaps.
Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, research and report on utilizing analytic tools, techniques, methodology and software.
Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate complex data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments or activities in his/her assigned subject matter and geographic area(s).
Deliver subject matter expertise to support the development and documentation of new processes, procedures, and technologies.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of defense acquisitions process.
Completed any of the following Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Courses; ACQ 110 Fundamentals of Acquisition Intelligence, ACQ 1010 Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management, RQM 1010 Introduction to the Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System, RQM 1101 Core Concepts for Requirements Management.
Knowledge of Marine Corps Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TIPs), and Marine Corps mission sets.
Knowledge/experience in adversary warfighting capabilities, current and future emerging technologies, and advanced weapons.
Knowledge of Structured Analytic Techniques (SAT) and their applicability for backing up analytical assessments
Ability to conduct analytical reporting, supported using Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 208.
