Responsibilities
This Gatorade Portfolio SC Integration Sr. Manager position is responsible for effective project management for the development and commercilization of new product / package offerings, cost reduction projects and other supply chain initiatives. This position is the primary supply chain point of contact on cross-functional teams and will serve as the team leader during the commercialization or Scale Up phase of a project.
Responsibilities include:
Represent Supply Chain and provide guidance and insights to the Gatorade Portfolio business team Manage projects to ensure the delivery of innovation, productivity, sustainability, capacity, capability, and other projectsEnsure proper development to meet commercialization timelines across their teamDevelop project timelines and contingency plansProvide analysis and direction regarding supply chain feasiblity, manufacturing capability, logistics and customer service implications, etc.Work with Supply Chain strategy and replenishment teams to develop capacity and sourcing strategiesDrive the team and leadership to make decisions critical to the project timing and successDevelop product costing and network sourcing impactDrive the SAP data population processPrepare and issue production advices to authorize manufacturing changes and update supply chain systems with new product informationEnsure product availability for both sales samples and launch start-shipsEnsure an effective transition of the project from project team to the replenishment organizationIdentify opportunities to improve the new product process based on key learnings from completed projects.
Qualifications
BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business or related fieldBroad supply chain experience including both plant and headquarter positionsPosition requires a through understanding of multiple supply chain disciplines and would ideally include experience in several of the following roles: production planning, operations management, purchasing, logistics, quality assurance and engineeringExceptional project management skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills as well as a good understanding of the supply chain cost structure and driversLeadership and influence management skills and able to function effectively in a cross-functional team environmentMust be results oriented with strong execution skills. Requires knowledge of organizational work processes and how to get tasks accomplished across functional boundariesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 - $177,850 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
