  · Developing projects to scale fulfillment according to new business initiatives with complex operational components

  · Innovating for step-change improvement in compliance, safety, quality, and cost metrics

  · Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape

  · Ability to clearly communicate insights to others through data

  · Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, all information may not be available, and trade-offs are required

  · Ability to hold lateral teams accountable without direct authority, and ability to utilize high judgment to escalate issues appropriately

  · Demonstrated ability to influence teams and communicate with senior leadership

  · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
