  The salary range for this role, based in New York is $166,200 to $207,800, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

  POSITION SUMMARY:

  The Integrated Strategy Director will sit within The Mix U.S. and play a crucial role in accelerating creative excellence and effectiveness across the portfolio. There are several aspects of this role, all of which will scale and evolve over time. Primary responsibilities will focus on developing upstream relationships with internal cross-functional teams to advance personalization at scale, deliver better media to shelf thinking and find ways to close local gaps across the path to purchase.

  As The Mix enters its second full year in operation, it is moving from a build and scale mentality to entrench itself as a trusted strategic partner. Success to date has yielded increased demand and breath of work requiring enhanced capabilities. The Integrated Strategy Director will look to build strong relationships with creative partners and brands, purposefully innovate to stay one step ahead of new opportunities and support the Head of Content Strategy & Activation in delivering repeatable success that educates and inspires the organization and the industry.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Drive the quality, effectiveness and impact of portfolio-wide creative content being created by The Mix in support of Brand Marketing, Commercial & Field MarketingCo-lead the advancement of Personalization @ Scale in collaboration with OmniMediaWork closely with external platform partners to champion built for platform content & upskill marketing organization.Partner with Head of Content Strategy & Activation to evolve in-house Agency credentials & socialize across organization.Identify diverse ways to measure Agency impact, collaborating with stakeholders across Insights & Analytics, Omnimedia, Brands & other key customers.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  The role requires a motivated self-starter, confident at the intersection of media and creative to aid in development of both near-term demand while also looking for future-facing opportunities. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of the creative process and be well versed in all touchpoints, digitally native, retail-savvy, e-commerce fluent and have experience with Dynamic Content Optimization (DCO) and contextual targeting. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions bringing fresh perspective, proactive solutions and a strong creative point of view.

  Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

  Experience / Background:

  10 years of experience working in an agency or within Client/Brand organization.Digitally native expert who understands all touchpoints, platforms & consumer behaviorsExpertise in marketing & advertising effectiveness principles; a champion of consumer-centricityExperienced working in highly matrixed organizations & across large portfolios of brandsProven track record of delivering strategic insights & distilling information for a variety of audiences. Able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form to influence decisioning.
