Park Nicollet Clinics - Brookdale or Maple Grove is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team. As Behavioral Health Consultant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a Master's Degree and board certification/board eligibility. This is an out-patient position with brief/solution-focused, short-term treatment while working closely with primary care in our Brookdale and Maple Grove Family Medicine clinics.
