　　Full-time employment

　　Flexible work schedule

　　Competitive pay starting at $17/hour based on experience

　　Incremental pay increases as you progress through the program milestones

　　On the job training and mentorship with highly skilled Machinists and organizational leaders

　　Eligible for previous experience and course work credit to program requirements

　　Company paid online and in-person classroom training

　　Machine Tools Include:

　　Lathe - turning to .001” tolerance

　　Mill - horizontal & vertical to .001” tolerance

　　CNC Multi-axis Machining Center to .001” tolerance

　　Internal/External Precision Grinding to .0001” tolerance

　　CURVIC â Coupling Grinding to .00005” tolerance

　　Preferred Education/Training/Experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent required

　　Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
