Description

　　Robert Half is anticipating the need for an Intake Specialist with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the Portland area. The ideal candidate will be highly computer proficient, and have previous experience with Electronic Medical Records, specifically Epic.

　　How you will make an impact:

　　Providing exceptional customer service and correspondence

　　Processing patient intake paperwork

　　Corresponding with patients, providers, and insurance companies

　　Ensuring successful scheduling of appointments and accurate information to patients

　　Requirements

　　Medical administrative experience. Relevant customer service or front desk experience will also be considered

　　Exceptional customer service skills

　　Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

　　Proficiency with Electronic Health Records like Epic or Centricity preferred

　　Previous experience with intake/patient access is preferred but not required
