JOB SUMMARY: AMPIis immediately hiring for an Intake Operator. The successful applicantshall perform the daily activities of receiving, shipping, and storageof milk and milk products. The activities are inclusive from scaling tostorage, to shipment, and the necessary duties to assure safe handlingof product, proper sampling and testing, required documentation.Cleanup, CIP, and sanitation of equipment, trucks, tanks, lines, and thework area required. Cooperation with co-workers, haulers, memberservices, Lab, & Production is expected. Specific duties listed may bealtered in the future as condition warrant. Product Receiving & shipments: Assuresthe proper scaling, sampling, testing of product - including milk testssuch as drip, tank or co: Total Acidity, H2O, Bacteria, Bfat, InhibitorsRecordkeeping & documentation such as load temp, silo filled, truck CIP,receiving logs, testing logs & notifications, shipment records etc.Perform Total Acidity, Truck inhibitor screening, individual screenings,cryoscope Sanitation & cleaning of trucks, tanks, silos, lines, workareas, and maintain CIP systems Performs & monitors the filling,storage, and agitation of milk holding silos Assist with Lab orCheesemaking associates, or any other duties as required and directedComply with existing or future WDATCP, USDA, FDA, or another regulatoryagency as required Other duties as needed.
