JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained2. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors3. Clean and stock common area restrooms4. Collect and dispose of trash5. Clean guest rooms to hotel standard6. Dust and polish surfaces and furniture7. Change linen and towels8. Replace toiletries9. Perform laundry duties as required10. Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
REQUIRED SKILLS:Must be able to lift 20 lbs.; Able to work standing up for 8 hrs. with abreak; Able to stoop to pick up items and to clean; Rotate mattresses

WORK SCHEDULE:Employee will work 8 hours per dayWill work 40 hours per week, 40 hours per week are paid at the regularhourly rate.Will work 5 days per week on a rotating shift, Monday - SundayShifts are as between 7 AM and 4 PM

PAYMENT OF WAGES:The Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computingwages dueWorkers will be paid on Friday (weekly)The worker will be paid by Direct DepositThe employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheckrequired by law
BOARD, LODGING AND OTHER FACILITIES: Employer does not provide or provideassistance with board, lodging or other facilities, including fringe benefits.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employerwill reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract orwhere the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay forworker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back homeor to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer orwhere the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntaryabandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment orreimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable commoncarrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate ofat least $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day withrecei
Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (except passport fees or other charges primarilyfor the benefit of the worker).
The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employmentperiod.
