Achieve the goal ofimproving support for the client facing roles and growing the capacity toserve clients. Talent in the role will take the lead in establishingconsistent process and procedures for onboarding new employees in the AccountSpecialist roles. At inception begin workingwith the general industry personnel as well as construction, with the intentto move into the specialty areas. The proof of concept validates the improvedplatform of service and capability while increasing capacity.
This position will report to the Regional COO with ultimate accountability tosupport the Regional Leader's objectives of growing revenue, marginexpansion and colleague engagement.Collaborate with peers and key partners to define consistent service modelsfor routine account service activities while building out the key tasks asidentified by the working group and the pilot offices. Ensure implementationof the service model across the region, including Delivering Aon United(DAU) efforts.Help managers in the recruitment and leadership of Account Specialists.Provide team leadership and oversight for all Account Specialists in region.Monitor client satisfaction of team's performance (both internal andexternal clients).Function as a subject matter authority by answering questions on ouroutstanding client service delivery model. Suggests changes in AccountSpecialist assignments and the composition of service teams based uponbusiness need and capacity within the Region in conjunction with the COO andRMDs.Perform as a player/mentor and build communication and leadership withinregion for these roles. May perform work on own book of business, ifapplicableSupport and accelerate Aon's Blueprint across DAU, ABS, AIM and Innovation.Skills and experience that will lead to success.10+ years of significant experience in either Broking or Account Managementfunctions preferred.Property & casualty insurance experience required including a P & C license.Passionate about client serviceComfortable creating, building, and delivering presentations to keycollaborators, leadership experience is essential.Problem solverOrganized with the ability to multi-task and work within defined timelines.Strong project management leading projects independently.Professional approach and strong written and oral communication skillsStrong product and technical knowledge, proven expertise in Microsoft OfficeSuite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceThe target salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to$170,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based onapplicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well asinternal equi y and alignment with market data. The salary may also beadjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligibleto participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans.
