Are you a diligent, detail-oriented Paralegal with expertise in insurance defense looking to advance your career? If so, this could be the job for you! Our client, a boutique law firm located in North Dallas, is seeking a talented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join their Insurance Defense team. The ideal candidate will carry a solid background in insurance defense litigation, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and work well juggling multiple deadlines. This role is being offered on a full-time basis and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Conducting open records and FOIA requests.

Creating and preparing binders and digital notebooks for depositions, mediations, or trials.

Labelling and redacting confidential and privileged materials.

Drafting discovery responses and pleadings.

Reviewing and summarizing medical records.

Preparing pre-trial documents, motions, and any necessary exhibits.

Familiarity with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules/guidelines.

Calendar scheduling orders, mediations, depositions, meetings, and experts.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Texas Litigation experience focusing on insurance defense.

A Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or comparable education.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
