What you will do:
Contact customers via phone and email to obtain updated insurance information.
Correspond with insurance carriers, third parties where necessary, and customers on all insurance matters.
Process cancellations and refunds of ancillary products.
Manage open insurance claims and process proceeds as applicable.
Understand application of regulatory guidelines.
Things that will help you succeed:
Experience in insurance claims or finance a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Bilingual is a plus

Must submit to and pass a background check
