  分析装置、産業機器のセールスアカウントマネージャー(ケミカルアナリシス事業本部)

  ポジションの魅力:

  今回募集のセールスアカウントマネージャーは、弊社ケミカルアナリシス事業本部の製品である各種分析装置、産業機器の商談・成約に結び付けることが主な役割となります。

  その中でも、放射線計測機を中心として、既存代理店と協力しつつ日本でのビジネスを拡大することがメインミッションです。

  当社放射製計測機の工場はドイツ(Erlangen)、一部製品はアメリカ(Oakwood)になります。製品の責任者はアメリカにおりますので、ドイツ、アメリカのスタッフと連携を取りながら、担当製品の営業、マーケティング活動に取り組んで頂きます。

  代理店、お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションのため、放射線関連の知識をお持ちの方、営業戦略の決定に関わって頂くため、事業マネジメントのご経験、もしくはご興味をお持ちの方は歓迎です。

  【入社後の流れ】

  まずは全体オリエンテーションからスタート、その後これまでのスキル・経験に合わせて数か月ほどはOJTを通じて仕事を覚えていきます。不明点などは、上司、先輩、周りの同僚がサポートします。また社内研修もご希望に応じて受講することができ、学ぶ機会は豊富にあります。

  放射線計測機(個人線量計、携帯型放射線検出器、放射線モニタリング装置等)

  その他携帯型分析装置

  業務内容

  放射線計測機の担当市場・地域での売上増、成長を牽引するための諸活動(営業、マーケティング)。

  予算、販売目標の設定、案件管理を含む販売代理店を管理する。

  市場における競争活動に関する情報を収集し、その情報を業務上および戦略上の意思決定プロセスに組み込むためのサポートを行う。

  必要に応じ、展示会や技術セミナー(国内、海外)に参加する。

  外出、出張は業務の約30%程度。

  案件管理、売上予測、見積作成等を、SFDC(セールスフォース・ドットコム) を通じて行う。

  その他必要に応じて、担当業務の追加、変更あり。

  必要なスキル

  放射線関連製品ビジネスの経験。

  大学卒業以上。

  ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC 600~700点)

  Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookの使用経験。

  貿易実務経験(主に輸入)

  あると好ましい経験

  さまざまな産業分野の業界への販売経験。

  情報収集力やコミュニケーション力を生かして、顧客視点での提案、考察ができる方。

  折衝力・調整力・コミュニケーション能力がある方。

  課題解決力がある方。

  SFDC(セールスフォース・ドットコム)の使用経験

  商社における輸入国内販売の経験。

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  Responsibilities:

  Sales Account Manager for Analytical Equipment and Industrial Equipment (Chemical Analysis Business Unit)

  Attractiveness of the position:

  The main role of the sales account manager recruited this time is to connect with business negotiations and contracts for various analytical instruments and industrial equipment products of our Chemical Analysis Business Division.

  Among them, our main mission is to expand our business in Japan in collaboration with existing distributors, focusing on radiation measuring equipment. Our radiant measuring machines are located in Germany (Erlangen) and some products are located in the United States (Oakwood). Since the person in charge of the product is located in the United States, you will work on sales and marketing activities for the product in collaboration with the staff in Germany and the United States.

  In order to facilitate communication with agents and customers, we encourage those who have knowledge of radiation, those who are involved in the determination of sales strategies, and those who have experience or interest in business management.

  The appeal of this position is that you will cooperate with factories, overseas staff, and distributors, and expand your business by incorporating your own ingenuity. Even when a problem arises, sometimes your own response itself can lead to a solution or become a clue, so that it can be useful both inside and outside the company. In addition, for those who want to use English in their work, there are many points of contact with overseas staff, which is a very good environment.

  Job Description

  Sales Account Manager for the following products:

  Radiation measuring devices (personal dosimeters, portable radiation detectors, radiation monitoring devices, etc.) Other portable analyzers

  Position Details

  Various activities (sales and marketing) to drive sales and growth in the markets and regions for which radiation measuring instruments are responsible.

  Manage resellers, including budgets, sales goal setting, and deal management.

  Gather information on competitive activities in the market and support the integration of that information into operational and strategic decision-making processes.

  Participate in exhibitions and technical seminars (domestic and international) as necessary.

  Going out and traveling is about 30% of my work.

  Handle project management, sales forecasting, and quotation creation through SFDC (Salesforce.com).

  In addition, if necessary, the work in charge may be added or changed.

  Required Skills

  Experience in the radiation-related products business.

  University degree or higher.

  Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 600700 points)

  Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  Trade work experience (mainly imports)

  A nice experience to have

  Experience in selling to industries in various industrial sectors
