　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Growth cataract and refractive core business

　　Develop the phacoemulsification and refractive equipment market in the Philippines.

　　Increase the number of capital equipment installed based.

　　Upgrade technology, Install equipment and handle product demonstration.

　　Increase penetration equipment and market share.

　　Troubleshoot technical issues promptly during surgical procedures.

　　Collaborate with medical professionals and surgical teams.

　　Stay updated on advancements in phacoemulsification and refractive technology.

　　Adhere to regulatory standards in the healthcare industry

　　Qualifications

　　Education:

　　Relevant education in ophthalmology, optometry, or a related field.Experience:

　　Proven experience with capital equipment in the field of ophthalmology.Skills:

　　Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to adapt to new technological advancements.
