Albion college invites applications for the Instructional Technologist position. Reporting to the Director of Instructional Technology & Web Development, the Instructional Technologist provides pedagogical support for the teaching, learning and administrative functions of the College. The Instructional Technologist will provide instructional technology training and guides to the entire campus community. The instructional technologist will demonstrate initiative, actively explore new and emerging technologies and aids, and determine their appropriate use on campus. Additionally, the Instructional Technologist will provide direct support to the Albion College Innovation Lab. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Effective time management is essential to the success of this role. This position will actively promote diversity, belonging and equity through critical and compassionate communication and strategic outreach efforts to various students, faculty and staff (e.g., historically under-represented, first-generation, undocumented and DACA students, LGBTQ students).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience with audio and video equipment and technology, 3D Printing, Content (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) required, Moodle experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing one-on-one and group training required
Experience working in both Macintosh and PC based environments preferred
