NextGen Federal Systems, LLC (NextGen) is seeking an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Specialist /Training Developer to join our MAF C2 team in support of Line of Sight (LOS)/Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) Tactical Data Link (TDL) and Global Secure Command and Control Communications (GSC2C) systems. This role creates course curriculum(s) and training materials to provide support in establishing Maintenance (MX) policies and procedures, ensuring understanding of the processes relating to the acquisition, storage, preventative maintenance, installation, operational checks, and troubleshooting of TDL and GSC2C systems and equipment. Candidates will also provide support for efforts dedicated to writing Implementation Plans, White Papers, Bullet Point Papers, Proposals, Concepts of Operations, and Concepts of employment to support TDL and GSC2C concepts and acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities
Interview Subject Matter Experts to collect necessary information to design and develop blended learning solutions.
Support end user delivery and/or knowledge transfer sessions of the new solutions to customer, as required.
Provide instructor level expertise to help shape tactical training
Provide specific Meeting Support Material, Position Recommendation Documents, and Strategic Guidance Documents
Able to present complex engineering concepts in a non-technical, comprehensive format for discussion and decision-making purposes
Provide support to Strategic Guidance Document Review; Strategic Guidance Document Development; Capabilities Based Analysis; Global Secure C2 Communication Support; Air Force Future C2 Operating Concept Support; and the C2 Science and Technology Program.
Qualifications
Active Secret level security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
Experience and proficiency with development, design and assessment of exercise training objectives within the DoD
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of DoD ISD experience
Skilled in all aspects of communications for briefings, presentations and classroom instructions
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office presentation, word processing, spreadsheet and collaboration applications
