Billings School District 2 is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional for Bench Elementary School.Schedule: 6.5 hours per day Monday - Friday (.813 Full Time Equivalent)Duties:- Performs instructional activities as planned, assigned and organized by professional staff for individual and/or small groups of students.- Works with the teacher with students who need to learn positive behaviors in order to be successful in the classroom setting.- Helps in the selection, preparation and organization of materials appropriate to students' needs in accordance with designated lessons.- Collects data and reports student progress to the teacher.Required:- Must have previous experience working with children- Requires a High School graduate or equivalent- Requires 60 semester/90 quarter college credits or successful completion of the WorkKeys Test to meet requirement of No Child Left Behind.(The cost is $50.00 to take the WorkKeys Test at the Lincoln Center.
