Description

　　Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled and creative Part-Time Instructional Designer for our client in Troy. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials and courses for our client's training programs.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze training needs and requirements.

　　Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, training modules, and learning guides.

　　Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learner-centered content.

　　Utilize e-learning authoring tools and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.

　　Conduct reviews and revisions of existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

　　Work with project managers to meet deadlines and project milestones.

　　Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

　　Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring tools, like Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, 360, Rise, or Camtasia.

　　Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

　　Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred.
