　　Title: Installation Coordinator

　　Grade: 8

　　Management of NCR's installation activities, products and services procured by the customer, and third-party products and services for NCR customers.

　　Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the provision of services such as equipment upgrades, redeployment and site preparation services.

　　Creating Service requests

　　Analyze and reviewing of works and adding NCR jobs to the main schedule

　　When inputting the job into the schedule ensure the scope of work is accurate and more detailed if possible.

　　Capturing Main contractor information and adding to the schedule.

　　Sanity checking site specific documentation and SOW to ensure no discrepancies or omissions

　　Ensure all relevant details are received for jobs that require it, relevant passes, HW deliveries etc.

　　Ensuring all ad hoc jobs are added to the schedule.

　　Production of Weekly / monthly project Reports if required (Mainly consists of install data – number of installs, number of stores, types of installs.)

　　Liaising with all relevant teams involved in project delivery to ensure all steps are in place for smooth delivery

　　Participating in weekly governance calls

　　Reporting trends / issues / identify and highlight project risks

　　Liaise with 3rd parties as relevant to engage work requests and procure critical site information.

　　Prepare correspondence letters, emails, etc. and assist in preparation of presentation

　　Language: Spanish fluent, English intermediate Additional: Outlook, excel
