　　Description:

　　This job posting is for a contingent resource on assignment with Corning Incorporated. 　　Position Notes:

　　Candidates must be compliant with DOD/ITAR requirements

　　PPE: Steel toe shoes, safety glasses (non-prescription provided), clean room gown (provided). PLEASE NOTE: Steel toe shoes will not be reimbursed.

　　Hours of work/work schedule/flextime:

　　• B Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

　　This position includes significant duties such as:

　　• Glass handling and/or glass inspection experience preferred

　　• Performs operations in compliance with work instructions and process sheets

　　• Perform inspection by reading and interpret drawings, blueprints according to specifications

　　• Completes production logistics by moving / transacting materials and information through the production system

　　• Monitors process and records data

　　• Performs quality tests, measurements, and inspections

　　• Prepares material. with plant systems (e.g. document control, manufacturing execution system)

　　• Responsible for housekeeping and autonomous maintenance

　　• Communicates effectively and updates/maintains records when required

　　• Actively engages with continuous improvement and cost reduction programs

　　Job Requirements:

　　• Hand/eye coordination / manual dexterity / attention to detail

　　• PC skills and ability to operate electronic equipment

　　• Comfortable working with cleanroom protocol

　　• Have strong analytical capabilities

　　• Have a strong work ethic

　　Education Requirements:

　　• An AS degree or equivalent experience in optics or other technical field is preferred

　　Pay Transparency:

　　This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $21.00/hour-$22.26/hour.
