  About the role

  The Quality Services & Governance (QSG) team within the North America BU provides overarching support and governance pertaining to Haleon's Quality System (HQS) that encompasses written procedures (HQS docs), capability & training, and compliance programs.

  The Haleon Quality Standards Coordinator plays an administrative role supporting the North America QSG and North America Quality Leadership team. The role is based in Warren, New Jersey with a flexible, hybrid work schedule, reporting into the North America QSG Lead.

  Key responsibilities

  Provide administrative support to North America QLT and VP of Quality.

  Upload HQS documents into relevant systems (e.g., Veeva) and responsible for setup of metadata and other system setup for easy retrieval of effective versions of written procedures; act as NA BU's superuser and administrator for Veeva.

  Provide guidance and support to HQS users across BU on HQS document location and setup of standard views.

  Tracking HQS documents through lifecycle from initial deployment to retirement.

  Provide support for authoring and editing HQS documents working closely with HQS colleagues within QSG team.

  Execute communications strategy by managing HQS communications via multiple channels in alignment with HQS Standards Managers.

  Support QSG team's capability & training and compliance colleagues, as needed.

  Basic Qualifications

  Proficient in using computer systems and latest tech tools and apps.

  Professional written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver positive and proactive communications to stakeholders.

  Knowledge of cGMP requirements through previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) or other regulated industries.

  Excellent planning, organization and coordinating skills.

  Quick Learner with good attention to detail.

  Able to interpret complex topics and translate into understandable content.

  Team-player with a high sense of accountability.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Proficiency in Veeva or other Quality Management Software is an asset.

  Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  Degree, diploma, or advance certificate in Quality Management Systems or related field.

  ASQ certification is an asset.

On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family. We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering.The salary range for this role is: $78,000 to $115,000 plus an 8% bonus.
