JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company West Coast Energy Systems Name Inside SalesRepresentative - Energy Systems - Stockton, CA Req # 64069 EmploymentType Full Time Shift 1st The Inside Sales Representative is responsiblefor taking technician recommendations, gauging them for plausibility,and following up promptly. The inside sales representative isresponsible for working cross-functionally to develop customerproposals. This person owns the service repair proposal process fromstart to finish by guiding the customer through the repair process andoffering the most effective solution to the problem. The inside salesrepresentative should follow up on all active proposals promptly. Act asthe direct point of contact to the customer for all plant down, Level 1recommendations within 3 hours. Act as the direct point of contact tothe customer for all unit down, Level 2, and 3 recommendations within 12hours. Act as the direct point of contact for the customer for all othertechnician recommendations within 24 hours. Ensure all service repairproposals meet the minimum expected margins. Foster and maintain aprofessional relationship with the operations team, service supervisors,and technicians to ensure high customer service and communication whensupporting recommendations. Ensure all sales follow-up activities occurwithin 2 business days of the initial proposal. Own the sales cycleprocess from recommendations on the dashboard to handoff to ServiceOperations. This includes the necessary follow-up with all stakeholders.As assigned by the Branch Manager, capture upselling and cross-sellingopportunities that include, but aren\'t limited to the following, remotemonitoring, rentals, load bank testing, fuel polishing, fluid sampling,or maintenance solutions. Minimal Qualifications: Education: High SchoolDiploma or GED Work Experience: 2 years\' experience in customer facingenvironment Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: Excellent written and oralcommunication skills. Effective presentation skills. Strongproblem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to makedecisions in the best interest of the customer and the company.
