JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the CustomerService Supervisor the Inside Sales Representative\'s primary purpose orcontribution to the department/organization is to act as the maininternal point of customer contact (voice of customer) by performing thefollowing functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as pointof internal contact (voice of customer) for customers relating to issuesincluding, but not limited to, orders, quotes, and pricing on any aspectof order fulfillment. Onboard new customers Follow order entry process(receive a PO, verify pricing, and ship date, process in JARP system,acknowledge receipt, file, and save order documents) Address customerinquiries: order status, pricing, lead time, warranty Initiate andfinalize quotes for new and existing products Manage customerorders/changes Develop strong relationships with internal and externalcustomers. Partner with Sales Managers to understand customerexpectations and specific needs. Provide feedback to the Companyregarding customer concerns. Create and maintain customer service files,instructions, workbooks, and other related data. Create requiredshipping documents. (Pack list) Assist with various duties and fill inas needed in the customer service department. Miscellaneous projects asassigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have theability to work with patience and maintain professional courtesy in allsituations. Strong critical thinking and time management skills.Excellent organization and attention to detail. Excellent phoneetiquette skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and taskssimultaneously. Ability to continually adjust priorities. Strong abilityto communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability tothink quickly and logically to ensure expedient responses to customerinquiries. Must be able to follow procedures and instructions.
