Job Description

　　Selling and fulfillment of end-user/point of care hardware and sub-licensed software within a defined geographic territory. Maintains relationships with clients, as well as our third-party partners to facilitate long term business.

　　Responsibilities

　　As an Inside Sales Executive, you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales online or by phone. Apply inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and driven issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts to lead the customer relationship, identify new opportunities, and sell Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales, and sales consulting.

　　Hiring Range: from $18.41 to $28.80 per hour; from $38,300 to $59,900 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 75/25.

　　Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

　　Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
