　　Job Summary

　　We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Associate – Enterprise with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Grande team. The Inside Sales Associate – Enterprise maximizes value-based selling of all Custom Ingredient Group (CIG) commercial products and other Enterprise commodity materials. If placed in this role, you will seek out new customers to diversify customer base while maintaining a premium price position in the industry. Additionally, you will engage with other Grande stakeholders to develop processes, extracting the best value from all Grande downstream products in the marketplace while diligently protecting the Grande brand. The Inside Sales Associate – Enterprise maintains detailed communication and documentation in CRM, sharing information with internal stakeholders regarding customer activities to ensure proper handling across departments. 　　What you need to be considered for the role:

　　Bachelors Degree in Business, Economic, Agriculture or related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.

　　4 or more years of experience in sales, preferably in dairy ingredients.

　　Strong interpersonal, persuasive, negotiating and networking skills.

　　A mobile phone is required for this position.
