　　The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and assisting with day-to-day activities related to the execution of medical education programs across a variety of media that may include advisory board meetings, speaker presentations, product theaters, broadcast events, websites and digital programs, virtual programs, speaker training meetings, print materials, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, publication plans, video, print, symposia, exhibits, interactive media, and more. The primary objective of the Program Manager Is to assist in coordination and management of projects to produce top-quality work for our clients, assisting with implementation of projects from concept through production.

　　 What your success will look like Assisting in the implementation of medical education programs Coordinating outside vendors and supervising medical/creative development and production Developing budgets and schedules for client approval, and ensuring that cost estimates and timetables are adhered to in the management of the project This entails securing estimates and reviewing contracts from freelance workers, hotels, suppliers, etc. Uploading of materials for appropriate client review Developing, managing, and tracking of project status for the clients and internal team Assisting with recruitment of consultants/advisors, researching the appropriate subject area, making contacts, describing programs, and securing participation Coordinating internal processes, working with medical, editorial, and creative teams to secure copy and layout of top creative quality and in accordance with clients' needs Who you are and what you bring College degree Project management skills 1 years of client services/medical education experience is a plus but not a requirement Working knowledge of healthcare issues/clinical therapeutics is a plus but not a requirement Solid technical skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong interpersonal skills Ability to be effective within a team environment Ability to effectively work across departments with diplomacy and a firm understanding of other's roles and responsibilities Proactive, adaptable, and flexible Life-long learner with demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to operate under tight deadlines and to manage other team members to stay within those deadlines Ability to multi-task and keep several projects moving efficiently at the same time Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45, 000 to $90, 000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
