Restoring FamiliesIn-Home Therapy Clinician provides structured, consistent,strength-based therapeutic interventions in client homes for the purposeof treating a youth\'s behavioral health needs, including improving thefamily\'s ability to provide effective support for the youth to healthyfunctioning within the family. This service is delivered by one or moremembers of a team consisting of professional and paraprofessional staff,offering a combination of medically necessary In-Home Therapy andTherapeutic Training and Support. Job Requirements Accurately use theDSM-V criteria to diagnose, ability to complete differential diagnosis,and provide proper clinical formulation. Demonstrate knowledge of theservice delivery protocol, best practices and treatment standards aswell as the ethical mandates relevant to the profession. Submit progressnotes that follow federal, state, and agency requirements. Conductcomprehensive home-based assessments and behavioral health assessmentsinclusive of the age appropriate version of the Massachusetts Child andAdolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) that occurs in the youth\'s homeor another location of the family\'s choice. Develop and modify theyouth and family-centered treatment plan in collaboration with theyouth, parent/caregiver(s), and with required consents, in consultationwith other providers. Review/development of a risk management/safetyplan in collaboration with the youth and parent/caregiver. Provides orsecures support and crisis/emergency services for the youth/family.Provide intensive family therapy that may include working with theentire family, or a subset of the family, to implement focused,structural, strategic, behavioral techniques, or evidenced-basedinterventions to enhance problem-solving, limit setting, riskmanagement/safety planning, communication, and skill-building Identifiescommunity resources and development of natural supports for youth andparent/caregiver(s) to support and sustain the achievement of theyouth\'s treatment plan goals and objectives. Collaborates with othernecessary individuals the youth and family may have contact with, suchas Bureau Case Managers, Probation Officers, Judges, District Attorneys,Attorneys, Teachers, Physicians, etc . Minimum Qualifications Mustpossess an MCE approved master degree and have in a human service field.Minimum Experience required 1-year experience preferred.
