Oursales team is not focused on putting as many panels on roofs aspossible, but instead are tasked with helping our customers get moremoney back in their pocket while also helping to save the environment.Essential Job Functions Manage the sales process from lead generation toclosing the sale Build \"book of business\" through self generatedleads, including generating referrals, prospecting, direct marketing,and more (We pay EXTRA for self-generated deals) Leverage proprietaryreferral app and incentives to help jump start your business Attendcompany-provided appointments Helps the homeowner to execute documentsand provide the necessary information to maximize their savings by goingsolar Maintain an ongoing partnership with our valued customers,offering support throughout the entire lease term and project milestonesWorks closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction andproject success Positive energy, professional, high enthusiasm and bigpicture attitude Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honestEducation/Experience Must be 18 years of age or older Prior salesexperience OR college OR military experience required Proven success ina lead generating, quota-driven sales position preferred Proficient withcomplex computer programs Strong communication skills and problemsolving abilities Must have a valid state driver\'s license and reliabletransportation Must be flexible based on customer availability AboutPosiGen PosiGen is a people-centric, rapidly growing residential solarcompany committed to making Solar For ALL a reality.
