　　Manufacturing Engineer

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Definition and assurance of process capabilities according to the production plan (workstations, operators’ number, devices, materials, tools, fixtures, etc.).

　　Definition of standard manufacturing time for each of the operations in the different products.

　　Training and certification of operators for the manufacture of products

　　Documentation and updating of process standards for each workstation.

　　Coordination of continuous improvement work

　　Development of visual aids for manufacturing processes.

　　Development of fixtures and poka yokes for the production processes.

　　Lean Manufacturing

　　Requirements

　　Industrial or manufacturing Engineer Degree

　　3-5 yrs. professional experience in production processes.

　　Technical knowledge: continuous improvement, line balancing, layout elaboration, purchase of machinery and tools, taking and reduction of operating times, ergonomics, elaboration of standard process sheets, digitalization and automation of processes.

　　Advanced English

　　Analytical thinking, leadership, assertive decision making, project management, 360º communication, use of digital tools.

　　Focused on continuous improvement of production and administrative processes.
