　　Dignity Health Medical Foundation established in 1993 is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation with care centers throughout California. Dignity Health Medical Foundation is an affiliate of Dignity Health - one of the largest health systems in the nation - with hospitals and care centers in California Arizona and Nevada. Today Dignity Health Medical Foundation works hand-in-hand with physicians and providers throughout California to provide comprehensive health care services to the many communities we serve. Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation is a multi-specialty clinic with three locations in Grass Valley California. Along with our local affiliated Dignity Health hospital (Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital) we offer an integrated care delivery system that provides primary care for family medicine and internal medicine otolaryngology (ENT) hematology/oncology cardiology general surgery and neurology.

　　Responsibilities

　　Under general supervision the RN performs patient assessments; provides direct patient care and administers treatments and medications; instructs patient and family in various self administered treatments and procedures; documents assessments observations and interventions; demonstrates professional growth and conduct; maintains equipment and supplies and initiates and maintains IV therapy and other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Clear and current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license

　　ONS Chemo and infusion certificate (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

　　ACLS through American Heart Association

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prior chemo mixing experiencePay Range

　　$49.20 - $71.34 /hour
