Job Description

　　A client in the New York City Area is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team. This team is consolidating market data for trading applications on a global scale. This resource will be working with market data vendors to manage changes and requirements made, then bring that back to the team of network engineers and system administrators to implement those changes within their infrastructure environment. This person needs to have some familiarity with infrastructure tools (linux, red hat, network switches, firewalls, etc.) to help translate business requirements into technical requirements and help the engineers and admins build up servers, implement requirements to ensure the infrastructure is up to date with what is needed to consolidate the market data feed.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 3-5 years of Infrastructure Project Management experience

　　* Hands on exposure of infrastructure tools- linux, network switches, firewalls.

　　* Experience working within the financial industry/ with Market Data ideally

　　* Experience translating/implementing business requirements within an infrastructure environment to network engineers and system administrators

　　* Experience with Market Data/ working with market data providers (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Verset, SIX, etc.)

　　* Local to NYC. Able to go onsite 3 days a week. null
