　　INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

　　Farmers Bank & Trust in Great Bend KS is looking for a full-timeemployee as our Information Technology Support Specialist. This employeemust have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, have the ability tomulti-task, be detail oriented and accurate, and be a dependable teamplayer.

　　The Information Technology Support Specialists role is to providesupport for the banks technology and information systems. This positionwill work with authorized third party vendors on projects and day-to-daybank operations. This position will also assist with the implementationof IT programs and controls required by the FFIEC, ensuring audit andregulatory compliance. Works under direct supervision of the Western KSMarket President. Responsibilities include:

　　Conduct operations in support of the banks information technologysystems

　　Troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate technical issues

　　Open and close tickets

　　Correlate events and incidents for management

　　Requirements include the following: Associate degree or equivalentcombination of training and experience in the IT Field.
