　　The annual salary for this position is between $150,000- $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

　　Job Description:

　　* 13+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management domain.

　　* 3+ years of experience in leading Supply Chain sales/ pre-sales/ delivery or 5 years of experience in consulting

　　* 5+ years of techno-functional experience in any planning/ WMS platform preferably Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, Manhattan

　　* Expert in Supply Chain Planning/ WMS domain.

　　* Ability to advise and plan with senior client executives on Supply Chain transformation.

　　* Strong Consulting led selling and communication skills.

　　* Strong interpersonal skills to work with variety of internal/ external stakeholders and shape the opportunity.

　　* Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams

　　Responsibilities:

　　* Lead Supply Chain Planning/ WMS Practice growth in North America across all industries.

　　* Responsible to create Practice growth strategy for Supply Chain Planning/ WMS along with SCM Practice Leader and principal.

　　* Collaborate with Industry BU Leaders in refining the strategy for Supply Chain Planning within each industry like Retail, CG, Manufacturing, Life Science, etc.

　　* Lead all RFP response activities with Client/ CP/ CRM and support the practice principal in front-ending for the Supply Chain Planning team.

　　* Build strong relationships with Executives, Alliance and Sales teams of partners.

　　* Anchor partnership and collaboration with platform partners while devising the joint Go-to-market strategy and executing the same

　　* Collaborate with Client Partners/ CRMs in proactive pipeline creation in Supply Chain Planning.

　　* Responsible to achieve the revenue/ margin/ TCV target for each year within Supply Chain Planning.

　　* Accountable to develop industry specific solutions & frameworks along with Partners and internal CoE teams.

　　* Lead Analyst discussions in positioning Cognizant Supply Chain capabilities

　　* Engage and lead client conversations where a supply planning/ WMS opportunity has been identified

　　* Collaborate with the planning team to create and publish marketing and thought leadership content that will increase the mindshare of Cognizant with the customers
